What are your hours and where are you located?

Compute One’s state of the art service center is open Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. On call services are available. We are located at 729 S. Kanawha Street in Beckley, WV. We have recently moved, need directions? Call us at 304-250-4552 and we can help.

How long will it take to fix my computer?

It depends on the type of service you need. Some shops advertise “2 hour service.” In reality to do a “proper and thorough” job, it may take a little more time. We don’t take shortcuts because we believe in thorough work to address all of your issues. We make sure to tackle all of your computer problems including the ones that you may not have been aware of just yet. Some repairs take as little as 5 minutes and while others may take a few days. With our upfront pricing, you never have to watch the clock or worry about the price going up because it is taking longer.

If I take it to your shop what should I bring?

If you are bringing a desktop, we just need the “box” itself. You don’t need to bring your keyboard, mouse, cables or monitor. If you are bringing a laptop, we need the laptop itself and the power cord. *If you have an Apple iMac or custom desktop you may want to bring the power cord to be safe.

Is my equipment and data safe?

When you drop off your equipment you can be confident that our staff will not browse through your personal files or compromise your data. Serving southern WV since 2008, Compute One is locally owned and operated. For the safety of our staff and your equipment our state of the art service center has active 24/7 onsite and offsite monitoring. Do you warranty your work?

We warranty all of our work!  We provide up to a 3 year warranty screen repairs! 

Our goal is to serve our clients to the best of our ability and we know satisfied customers are our best advertisement.  Whether the work is performed on-site or in-shop, you can feel confident that your issues will be resolved.

How can I pay for my services?

Onsite and in-shop, we accept all major credit and debit cards along with cash and checks.
